They are produced as loaves, blocks and wheels and are matured in fully-automated natural maturation storage. It also produces mozzarella in various packaging.The drying works receives sweet whey, in particular from the semi-hard cheese dairy. Apart from various semi-finished products, it mainly produces milk, whey and special powder. The powder is sold in 25 KG sacks or in 1,000 big bags.
